PHOTO PROCESSING CONSENT

I confirm that:

1. I am 18 years of age or older.

2. I am the author of the uploaded photographs or have the consent of the persons depicted in them to use the photographs for creating a personalised comic.

3. If the photograph depicts a minor, I am their legal representative (parent, guardian or trustee) and I consent to the processing of the minor's image for the purpose of creating the comic.

4. I do not upload photographs of third parties without their consent, images of documents, bank cards, sexual content, images of public figures or other materials prohibited by the offer.

5. I consent to the processing of the uploaded photographs, email address and order information for the purposes of creating the comic, providing access to it and support, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. I am informed that photographs are transferred to the foreign service kie.ai for image generation, and I consent to such cross-border transfer.

7. I am informed that uploaded photographs are deleted no later than 90 days after the order is completed, while the finished comic remains in my personal account and may be deleted at my request.

8. I understand that the comic is created using artificial intelligence, that recognisability of characters is ensured within reasonable limits and that a portrait likeness is not guaranteed.

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved and may be withdrawn by contacting mirotvorcevvasily@gmail.com or comics@swagat.ru.
